Who We Help

Are you a mom feeling overwhelmed as you navigate the complexities of an Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis yourself or with your daughter? Do you feel alone in your journey of parenting a neurodivergent child, or as a late-discovered neurodivergent parent? Many families experience the emotional highs and lows of these diagnoses feeling isolated--particularly girls and women who all too often struggle for far too long accommodating others while pushing down their own needs.

Through Art Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Art Therapy, I support women and girls communicate and connect through creative expression. Together, we’ll explore ways to develop a sense of emotional well-being through self-discovery, identifying meaningful personal values and goals and practicing self-advocacy and aligned action on a timeline that works for you, and includes rest and recovery.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, nurturing and collaborative, ensuring you feel seen, understood and empowered to meet challenges with self-compassion and creativity.

Ready to take the first step? I invite you to schedule a FREE 20 minute consultation. Let’s explore how we might work together to create a supportive, nurturing environment for personal and family wellbeing. I look forward to connecting with you and beginning this journey.

In-person sessions in Guelph and Ennotville, and virtual sessions across Ontario.

Land Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that my therapy practice resides on the ancestral lands of the Attiwonderonk and the Haudenosaunee, and is held as the treaty lands and territory with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Many First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples who have come from across Turtle Island call Guelph home today. I honour the enduring relationship of Indigenous peoples with this land and commit to walking in solidarity, fostering respect, and taking meaningful action towards decolonization, truth and reconciliation.
